We engaged Deb to conduct management/leadership training for all managers and senior leaders in the engineering organization. Feedback from the attendees was so positive, that we had employees from other functional areas asking ‘can I attend too?’ The program provided leaders at all levels (from new supervisors up through Vice Presidents) with useful tools and techniques that they could begin to use immediately. Because of her techniques to make the training ‘stick,’ we have noticed an improvement in the communication skills of our leadership team. Because of the success of this program, we are now working with Deb to continue and expand this leadership training.
