Prior to establishing Group Restoration in 2004: Deb Blatt worked as the Director of Administration for a 22 lawyer law firm; was the Director of Human Resources and Training and Development for Laura Ashley North America; and the Director of Training and Development for KB Toys.
Ms. Blatt holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. She is a member of the National Storytelling Network, and the Organizational Development Network. She is certified in dialogue facilitation and as a de Bono Six Thinking Hats facilitator. She is also an affiliate consultant for Grinnell Leadership based in Chapel Hill, NC and National Training Associates based in East Longmeadow, MA. Group Restoration is a SOMWBA certified provider.
